Diane Taylor Northrop, a resident of Greensburg and a native of Baton Rouge, she died, Friday, December 30, 2016 at her home. She was 56 years old.Visiting will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary on Monday, Jan. 2, 2017 from 9am until 12pm service conducted by Pastor Frank Hornsby, Jr. Burial will be in Living Word Cemetery, Grangeville. She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Kenny R. Northrop. Her son, Casey Phenald and daughters, Tracy Watson and husband, Sam; Michelle Piper and husband, Ronnie and Candice Fontenot and fiancé’, Mark Knapps. Her mother, Eunice Pace Ware. Siblings, Debbie Jones and husband, Larry; John “Johnny” Taylor and wife, Dee; Donna Phenald and husband, DD; Leo Ware and wife, Linda and Amy Hayes and husband, Tommy. 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father, Wesley Taylor, step father, John Ware, father in law, Houston Northrop; mother in law, Jean Northrop, nephew, JJ Taylor, 2 brothers in law and 2 sisters in law. Pallbearers will be Ronnie Piper, Sam Watson, Ronnie Northrop, Theodore Pace, Chad Smith, Billy Smith, DD Phenald and Todd Phenald. Honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons, Landen and Lawson Piper and Chase Phenald.

The most important thing in her life was her family.
