Obituary for Emily Gertrude ""Iss" "Sister"" Chase
Chase, Emily G. “Iss” “Sister”, daughter of Otis and Pansy Chase, died on Monday, November 10, 2014 at her home in Clinton. She was a retired nurse’s aid from Villa Feliciana Medical Complex.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Clinton, from 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am conducted by Dr. Brythel Brantly. Burial will follow at Masonic Cemetery in Clinton.
She is survived by her sisters, Grace Chase and Helene Gill and husband Robert and brother, Henry Chase and wife Gwen.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, O.B. Chase, Jr., and Sam C. Chase, Sisters, Roberta C. Freeman and Florence Ann Chase, Nephew, Sam Chase, Jr., Great nephew, Timmy Freeman and Great niece, Cristy Michelle Freeman and great-great niece Ali Elizabeth Chase.
Pallbearers will be John Chase, Jr., Andrew Chase, Jeff Chase, T-Ray Freeman, Robert Gill, Richard Gill and Terry Gill.
She loved gardening and loved people but especially loved going to see her nephews play sports.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to First Baptist Church of Zachary or your favorite charity.
