Juanita A. Seguin “Aunt Nita”, a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, died on Friday, March 3, 2023. There will be a visitation at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary on Tuesday, March 7, 2023 from 9:00 am until funeral services at 11:00 am, conducted by Rev. Mike Morris. Burial will be at Hillcrest Cemetery in Baker. She is survived by her sister, Joann Davis; two brothers, Alcee Seguin III; Butch Seguin and wife Patsy; nephews Lance Michael Seguin, Brad Seguin, and Trevor Seguin; nieces Robin Hurst and Michele Bond; sisters of the heart: Lillian, Sharon, Sarah, and Patty; children of the heart: Richard, Rodney, Mel, Mark, and Sissy; and beloved puppies Sashi and Sadie. She was preceded in death by her sister, Gwen Altazan; parents Alcee and Grace Seguin; sister of the heart Genell Johnson; nephews Kevin Seguin and Troy Seguin. She was a member of the Foster Road Baptist Church. She loved coin and stamp collecting and was an avid Star Trek fan. She felt at home in nature and treasured her time fishing.
