Obituary for Carol Ann McRight Normand (Burke)
Carol McRight Normand, 78, went to be with her Lord and Savior on February 24, 2023 at her home in Zachary. Carol was a retired clerk from Baton Rouge City Police Department with 18 years of service. She was a native of Richland Center, Wisconsin.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and on Thursday, March 2, 2023 from 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. Burial will follow in Resthaven Gardens of Memory, Baton Rouge.
Carol is survived by her husband of 25 years, Jim Normand, son, Robby McRight , daughter, Shelly McRight Lindsay(Christopher), step children, Janice Normand, Russell Normand, Jr. and Jill Jensen, and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and extended family.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Gene McRight, son, Russell Dean McRight, parents, Odessa and Bernard Burke, and sisters, Maralyn Graham and Bonita Carlile.
