A loving and devoted wife, momma, Granny, Woo-Woo and mother-in-law. She entered into heaven January 8, 2023 at the age of 78. She was born on September 1, 1944 in Lafayette, LA was a former resident of Clinton and a current resident of Grosse Tete.
Visitation will be on Thursday January 12, 2023 at St Joseph Catholic Church, Grosse Tete from 9 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am conducted by Fr. Matt Dupre’. Graveside service to follow at Grace Memorial Cemetery in Plaquemine.
She is survived by her children, Lori McCoy and husband, Tim; Melissa Toups and husband, David and Angelique McGlothlin and husband, Steve “P-Joe”. Two grandchildren, Jay Duhon and girlfriend Leslea Wascom; Anna-Nicole Toups and fiancée, Stephen Cady; four great grandchildren, Alexis Duhon, Caleb David, Jayden Jerome Duhon and Gabrielle “Gabby” Cady and honorary granddaughter, Michelle Chartier. She is also survived by a special brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larry and Sandy Duhon.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Jerome “Jay”, son Rowdy and mother Rose Hulin. Pallbearers will be Jay Duhon, Stephen Cady, Steven Duhon, Donald Toups, Buddie David and Wayne Boss. Honorary pallbearers will be son-in-law’s, Larry Duhon and great grandsons.
