Peeler O’Neal Davidson, a resident of Livonia, died on Monday, Jan. 2, 2023 at his home. He was 86 years old and retired from Entergy with 38 years of service. Visitation will be at Faith Baptist Church in Livonia, on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023 from 12pm until service at 2pm conducted by his son, Rev. Keith Davidson. Burial will be in St. Frances Xavier Cabrini Cemetery, Livonia. He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Barbara F. Davidson, 2 children, Miriam Davidson Jarreau and husband, Raymond and Joseph Keith Davidson and wife, Julie. 2 siblings, Martha Kilcrease and Jerry Davidson and wife, Beverly. 5 grandchildren, Jeremy Jarreau, Brittany Davidson Fortie and husband, Brandan, Cody Davidson, Jacob Fitzgerald and wife, Christian and Lacey Lloyd and husband, Billy. 5 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Vickie Lynn Davidson and his parents, Joseph and Earline Davidson and daughter in law, Tammy Donachricha Davidson. Pallbearers will be Raymond Jarreau, Jeremy Jarreau, Cody Davidson, Ralph Bridges, Mike Fitzgerald, Jacob Fitzgerald and Austin Genusa. Honorary pallbearers will be Brandan Fortie, Richard Coots and Randy Jarreau. Peeler was a deacon at Faith Baptist Church.
