Obituary for Billie Sue Kemp "BB" Goudeau

Billie Sue Kemp Goudeau, a resident of Slaughter, died on Friday, October 21, 2022 at her home. She was 87 years old and a native of Ethel. Visitation will be at Slaughter First Baptist Church on Monday, October 24, 2022 from 9am until service at 11am conducted by Rev. Basil Wicker. Burial will be in Redwood Cemetery, Slaughter. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Morris R. Goudeau, daughter, Julie Marie Goudeau, and son, Jeffrey Ray Goudeau and wife, Nancy DeLee Goudeau. Sister, Jessie Lea Darsey. 5 grandchildren, Jacob Kemp Goudeau and wife, Stephanie; Maurie Anna Blackstone and husband, Luke; Jeffrey Nicholas Goudeau and wife, Taylor; Charles Cade Lockwood and Colby Lea Lockwood and fiancée’, Heather Von Holtum. 8 great grandchildren, Ryen Joy Blackstone, Cedar Faith Blackstone, Beau Luke Blackstone, Griffin Jacob Goudeau, Emmeline Francis Goudeau, Poppy Amaya Goudeau, Benjamin Morris Goudeau and William Barrett Goudeau. She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Warren Kemp and Susie Inez Rogillio Kemp, brother, Joseph Warren Kemp, Jr. and sister, Edna Catherine Kemp Townsend. Pallbearers will be Jacob Goudeau, Griffin Goudeau, Colby Lockwood, Nick Goudeau, Cade Lockwood, Luke Blackstone and Travis Sims.
