Janet Wells, 88, passed away Thursday morning, September 8, 2022. She was a longtime resident of Baker and Zachary. She attended First Baptist Church of Zachary where she faithfully served as a nursery worker since the 1970’s. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Wells Antoon and Kim Wells Johnston, three grandsons, Joseph Antoon (Natalie) Ryan Johnston (Lanie) and Aaron Johnston (Brittany), granddaughter, Sara Rickert (Gary) and one great granddaughter, Emerson Rickert. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, George Wells and son, Mark Wells. Visitation will be held at First Baptist Church of Zachary on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from Noon until funeral service at 2pm conducted by Dr. Les Colvin. Burial will be at Azalea Rest Cemetery.
