Doris L. King, a resident of Zachary, died on Saturday, March 19 2022 at her home. She was 93 years old. Visitation will be at Charlet Funeral Home in Zachary on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 from 5pm until 7pm. Wednesday, March 23 2022 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10am. Burial will be in Azalea Rest Cemetery, Zachary. She is survived by her 4 daughters, Linda K. Mulligan of Langley, WA; Amy K Jeansonne and husband, Ricky of Walker; Denise K. Thorp and husband, Lewis of Florence, KY; and Valerie K. Chisolm and husband, Percy of Terrell, TX. 2 sons, Charles L. King and wife, Sara of College Station, TX and Gregory A. King and wife, Tobie of Central. A daughter-in-law, Linda King of Spillman. A brother, Patrick Lemoine and wife, Margaret. 20 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace S. King, a sons, Wallace G. King and grandchildren, Nelson W. Saltz and Conrad Standinger. Pallbearers will be David Saltz, Willie Saltz, Ryan King, Devin King, Hollis King and Philliip King.
