Growing up, our family lived on Greenwood Lane in Baker. Our Mom raised her five children as a working single parent. We remember Mr. Linton sometimes jogged in our neighborhood & would occasionally bring us some fresh vegetables from their garden. They were so good! I don’t think he even stayed long enough to share a glass of tea. I am the oldest of my siblings and I’m 64 years old. His kindness still stays with me! God bless, Beth (Aitken) Padgett

Forever, you, Uncle Carson, will be among the sweetest memories of my childhood, especially my first pony ride. Til we meet again.
