Doras “D.L.” Louis Stafford died on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at his home in St. Francisville surrounded by his loving family. He was 81 years old, a native of Baton Rouge and a US Army veteran. Visitation will be at First Baptist Church St. Francisville on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 5pm until 8pm. Service will be at 11 am on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at First Baptist Church St. Francisville conducted by Rev. Joel Williams and Rev. Joe Ratcliff. He is survived by his wife, Katie Stafford. 3 daughters, Dori Carnes, Ester Combs and husband, Marty and Trisha Lothamer. A sister, Martha Calhoun and husband, Bud. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Edith Stafford.
