Karen Kay Westmoreland, a resident of Baton Rouge and a native of St. Louis, MO, died on Monday, Dec. 24, 2018 at her home. She was 69 years old. Memorial visitation will be on Saturday, Jan. 5, 2019 at The Rock Church, Zachary from 9am until service at 11am conducted by Rev. Rocky Bezet. She is survived by her daughters, Heather and Carly Westmoreland, both of Baton Rouge. Her sister, Marsha Smith and husband, Todd of North Myrtle Beach, SC. She is preceded in death by her husband of 27 years, Barry Westmoreland. And her parents, Gentry and Vivian Milne. Karen enjoyed dance, poetry, writing and her church. She was a homeschool teacher for her daughters.
