Brenda K. Atkins, 60, passed away peacefully at her home in Jackson, LA on Thursday, November 8, 2018.
Visitation will be at Trinity Baptist Church, 1920 Trinity Church Road, Jackson, LA 70748 on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 11:00 am until service time at 2:00 pm conducted by Pastor Roger Mitchell.
Brenda is survived by her sons, Jimmy L. Ballard and wife Anna of Jackson, Joseph Benjamin Atkins of Mammoth, IL, mother, Annie L. Ballard of Jackson, sister, Melissa Jackson of St. Amant, brothers, Anthony Jackson and wife Kathy of Vidalia, James Jackson and wife Shelia of Baton Rouge, Ronald Jackson and wife Monica of Silver Creek, MS and Brandon Jackson of St. Amant. Brenda is also survived by her grandchildren, Bethanie Ballard, Brianna Ballard, Brandon Ballard, Donnie Blackard and C.J. Blackard and her favorite dog, Ole Red.
Brenda is preceded in death by her father, Alton Jackson, and brothers, Mike Jackson, Emerson Jackson, David Jackson and Donald Jackson
