Christine Carol Brown Floyd, entered the gates of Heaven rejoicing on

In celebration of the life of Christine Carol Brown Floyd, age 51, we honor her, she was a woman of faith in Christ! She embraced her savior with all her spirit, soul and body. She lived and breathed to know Him, she had an unquenchable desire to grow, learn, worship, and serve to tell others about HIS redeeming grace, mercy and love. She loved people, she had an insight into the heart of God, she tasted of the goodness of God and shared it with everyone she knew. Rejoice with us as we celebrate her life, she has entered into her forever life of eternity. She is with her savior, healed, dancing, and worshipping on the streets of gold forevermore. Her life was a living example for all of us who had the opportunity to know and love her.
Christine was a native of Baton Rouge, LA and a resident of Ethel LA. She attended the Louisiana State University, graduated from Baton Rouge General Medical Center as a Radiologic Technologist. She was employed with Neuromedical Center for 16 years as an X-Ray Tech and MRI Technologist.
She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Thomas Floyd of 26 years, sons Jesse Floyd, (Leanne Tucker, fiancé), Michael Floyd, Matthew Floyd, John Pierce Patin and daughter Misti Goff (Chris), granddaughter, Isabella (Bella) Goff, her daddy, Ovie Lee Brown, sister, Angie Melancon (Craig), and
Father in law and Mother in law, Glenn and Jean Floyd.
Christine will also be forever remembered by her numerous aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.She is preceded in death by her mother Linda Callegan Brown and grandparents Murphy and Hattie Callegan.
A Celebration of Christine ’s life will be held Friday May 11, fellowship at 2-3pm, Services at 3pm, at Journey Church, 17407 Greenwell Springs Rd., Greenwell Springs, LA 70739, with Pastor James Taylor officiating
