Obituary for Dorothy Davis "Dottie" Williams

Dottie, as she was called, was born April 18, 1931 and died Nov. 8, 2017 due to complications from a fall and two strokes. She earned her angel wings and went on to a better place. Her last years were spent as a resident of Grace Rehab in Slaughter, LA where she was the belle of the ball! She was a best friend and a mentor to all and will be greatly missed. She was a game little 86 year old lady that spent any time she could with her family. She leaves behind her son, Randy Middleton, daughter, and son in law, Earl and Sherry Havard and daughter, Brenda Carreco. Also numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her first husband and first love, Bobby Middleton, son, Scott Middleton and numerous other relatives.
Visitation will be on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Plank Road Baptist Church, Clinton from 10:00 am until service time at 12:00 noon conducted by Rev. Bernie Schmidt. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Special thanks to all at Grace Rehab for making her last years enjoyable, especially Miss Betty.
