Condolence: Dear Wayne,

I am deeply saddened by the loss of your beloved husband. Please accept my heart felt condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this sad time.

I will always remember Phil fondly and have wonderful memories of the times (~1975) we (you, Phil, and I – the first members of TGI) spent together during our trips to Taiwan to the Electronics Research & Service Organization during our younger years!

Of course I cherish the many years I spent working with Phil as Vice President, TGI Eastern Region and other positions. Phil was a great leader, innovator, friend, and mentor ! I will miss him.

He leaves behind a wonderful circle of TGI Alumni and I am sure that they all feel the same way as I do. May my condolences bring you comfort and my prayers ease the pain of this loss and hasten the journey of his soul to Heaven.

Sincerely,

Karl Zaininger

Condolence: Sorry to hear about Phil. I was fortunate to have joined the Thomas Group when the phone list was first names only and was able to get to know him on a more personal level especially on trips to give CEO Workshops. He enjoyed teaching people at these workshops. He was a great leader who cared for the people around him. He will be missed.

Condolence: Prayers and fond memories are what we have to remember our dearly departed. May the love of family and friends Auntie Wayne comfort you during these difficult days, my most heartfelt condolences.

I will particularly cherish the memories of going to Disney World Florida and how Uncle Philip accompanied me on all the rides. It is not till my later years and now I am accompanying my children on roller coasters that I really appreciate the effort he made.

Uncle Philip you will be missed but never forgotten, may your soul rest in peace.

Condolence: I am deeply saddened to learn of Phil's passing. There are a few people in this world that have truly made a difference. Phil was one of those people, having impact both in the business world but more importantly in the lives of people that he touched. While I will never forget the business genius Philip Thomas, the impact that he had on my life and my family was far greater. He had a genuine caring for those that worked for him. His smile and passion for life will be with me forever. We will see him again, but until then his legacy lives within us.
