Obituary for Pamela Gail Borskey Vickers-Day

Pamela Gail Borskey Vickers-Day, 59, a resident of Clinton, died Saturday, June 18, 2011, at Lane Regional Medical Center, Zachary. She was employed by the Audubon Regional Library for more than 10 years. Visitation at Charlet Funeral Home Inc., Clinton, Tuesday, June 21, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Wednesday, June 22, from 9 a.m. until service at 10 a.m., conducted by Pastor Ken Graham and assisted by Pastor Marc Gregoire. Burial in Azalea Rest Cemetery. Survived by her husband of two years, James Warren Day Jr.; daughter, Katina Koehler, of Clinton; son, Jermey Vickers and his wife, Amanda, of Haughton; and stepson, James Warren Day III and his wife Katie, of Baton Rouge; father, George Borskey Sr.; two brothers, George Borskey Jr. and his wife Mary, of Schriever, and Timothy Borskey and his wife, Janet, of Baker; and four grandchildren, Frazier Maddison Vickers, Adrienne Lynn Vickers, Ella Grace Vickers and Caden Quinn Vickers. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruthie Mae Frazier Borskey. Pam was a dedicated Scouter with the BSA for more than 28 years, serving on the local and council levels.
