Obituary for Allan Lloyd Jones
Allan Lloyd Jones, 70, a resident of St. Francisville, born in New Orleans, passed away after a lengthy illness on September 2, 2018. He was retired from Union Carbide. Visitation will be on Friday, September 7, 2018 at First Baptist Church, 12404 LA Hwy 10, St. Francisville, LA 70775 from 10:00 am until service time at 11:00 am conducted by Dr. Joel Williams and Charles L. Jones. Allan is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Judy D. Jones, daughter, Angela L. Jones of Pittsburg, PA and Charles L. Jones and wife Lacy of Bayou Gauche, LA, sister, Sandra J. Hoofnagle and husband Rodger of West Palm Beach, FL, Nine grandchildren, Charles Kelli Jones, Theresa Marie Jones, Thomas Michael Allan Jones, Maria Elizabeth Jones, Angelis Gabrielle Jones, Lillian Hartley Jones, Jude Simon Jones, Rosalie Anne Jones and Isabella Blanca Champagne. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. Jones and Lila Lloyd Jones. He was a US Army veteran serving during the Vietnam war. Special thanks to all our neighbors for all of your loving care, prayers and support. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to First Baptist Church in St. Francisville.
