PaBill has been a father to me for over 36 years, grandfather to my 3 children, Christie, John and David, great grandfather to my 8 grandchildren, Conor, Jordan, Peyton, Cade, Kyndal, Cami, Raegan and Riley. He has influenced each of us in so many beautiful ways. He was such a great influence on all my family. We have shared wonderful visits full of love, laughter and precious memories. His greatest gift to me was his love and care of my mother, Geneva Waters, the love of his life. A true southern gentleman, full if wise advice and love, he will be greatly missed.
