James David Hill, Sr.

December 12, 1952- May 17, 2018

James was born on December 12, 1952 to Hilton and Rosa Mae Hill. He later grew up and worked as an insulator. He was married for 35 years to Kathy Hill. He was blessed with 4 amazing children; James and Beth Hill, Stephanie Hill, Emily and Dane Suir, and Robert Hill. He was also blessed with 4 grandchildren Samuel, Parker, and Jack Suir, and Ford Hill. He had 3 siblings Harry and Kay Hill, Lititia and Rick Coartney, and Jackie and Roger Guillory. His grandparents and father Hilton H. Hill Sr. and his in-laws Jack and Loraine Abel precede him in death. He lived a long life and lost his fight to Vascular Dementia and Parkinson’s at 2:05 p.m. on May 17, 2018. We would like to thank Pinnacle Hospice along with Nikki, Elizabeth, April, Amanda and Shirley for helping us this past year.
Visitation will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary on Monday, May 21, 2018 from 9:00 am until service time at 11:00 am. A 1:30 pm graveside service will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Woodville, MS.
