The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Poole can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: my heart fell when I saw Jim's picture in the obits this morning! NOT MY FRIEND, but it was. Life is so short, but there is a better place promised. We know this is true because Jesus told us he was preparing it for us and Jim is there in Glory now. My thoughts and prayers are with you, wife and kids, he loved you all so much. Let God's love comfort you as you grieve, hold onto those precious memories, we will all be together again. See you later buddy, I promise.

Condolence: To the Poole family and friends. At a time like this, words are hard to find and emotions run high. It is comforting to know that Jesus knows how we feel and knows what to say and do to comfort us. When on earth, Jesus experienced the death of his friend Lazarus. The Bible says at John 11:35 that Jesus gave way to tears because his heart was touched by the ‘pain’ of others. Jesus, being the exact representation of his Father, proved that he and his Father have the desire to undo the pain of sickness and death. Jesus stated at John 5:28,29, that “the hour is coming in which ‘all’ those in the memorial tombs, or grave, will come out.” That includes James. He comforts us by letting us know that in the very near future, we will be reunited with our loved ones who have passed away right here on earth, the home they are familiar with. (Revelation 21:4) May these promises bring you comfort as you reminisce on the good times you had with James.
