Obituary for Bobby Ray Church

Bobby Ray Church, 71, a resident of Jackson, LA, died on Friday, October 6, 2017. He was retired, after working for over 30 years as an ambulance driver and then guard for Villa Feliciana Geriatric Hospital.  There will be a visitation at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc in Zachary, LA on Tuesday, October 10, 2017 from 5pm until 8pm with a 7pm funeral service, conducted by Pastor Clark Fooshee.

He is survived by his wife (again), Donna Gail Church; his daughter, Amanda Church and her partner Tyler Robillard of Denham Springs; two sons: George A. Church and his partner Brooke Dudley of Central, LA; Paul Juneau and his wife Rhonda of Watson, LA; numerous nieces and nephews, including special nephew Jody Watson and his wife Debbie; two sisters: Irene McKlemurry of Jackson; Lillie Mae Guillory of Arkansas; ten grandchildren: Austin C. Church; Tristan B. Church; Branden Juneau; Tayla Deville; Gabriella Michelli; Caiden Church; Carter Church; Kolbe Robillard; Meagan Hayes; and Madison Hayes; and four great-grandchildren: Harper, Harlee, Graeson, and Eli. He was also survived by special friend Allen Martin, who was like a brother to him. He was preceded in death by his parents: George W. Church, Sr. and Irene Wall Church; three brothers: George W. Church, Jr.; Franklin Wendell Church; and Frank Edward Church Sr. He was a veteran of the US Army and he served in Vietnam. He loved his dog Bit, NASCAR racing, and traveling around the states. He dearly loved his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Carpenter House.
