Obituary for Ingrid Howard "Dean" Behrnes

Ingrid "Dean" Behrnes, 64, went home to the Lord on Monday, May 1, 2017 at her home in Zachary, LA. She was a registered nurse with Lane Regional Medical Center with more than 30 years of service. She was born in Laurel, MS. Visitation will be all on Friday, May 5, 2017 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc., Zachary from 1:00 pm until service time at 3:00 pm conducted by Rev. Basil Wicker. Burial will follow in Masonic Cemetery in Clinton.
She is survived by her son, Sonny Behrnes and wife Brandi and daughter, Salena Harvin and husband Jon, two sisters, grandchildren, Brooke, Alyssa, Tanner, Cheyenne, Jace, Tripp and Cade and four great grandchildren. She is also survived by her three "fur-babies", Bitsy, Prissy and Lucy.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Nelma Jones Howard.
She was a graduate of Zachary High School. Her biggest loves were her kids and grandkids as she was actively involved in her grandchildren's activities.
