Mary "Mickey" Catherine LeBlanc, 97, ​a resident of River Ridge, LA and born in Omaha, NE, died on Thursday, April 13, 2017. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 17, 2017 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 4727 McHugh Drive, Zachary, LA 70791 from 10:30 am until Mass at 11:30 am. Burial will follow at Port Hudson National Cemetery, Zachary.
She is survived by her daughters, Pamela Evans and Mary Beth Manriquez, both of Zachary, LA and son, Russell LeBlanc, Jr. of Austin, TX, and her beloved "grandpets", Cooper, Louis and Leo. She is preceded in death by her husband, Russell LeBlanc, parents, Robert Albert Kaiser and Regina Elizabeth Connor, brothers and sisters, Robert A. Kaiser, Roseanne Mortensen and Edward Kaiser and her son in law, Michael Manriquez.
After graduating Creighton nursing school, she was inducted into the war effort of WWII.
Mary Catherine was a worldwide traveler who devoted much of her time to Military and veteran organizations and had a gift for bringing joy to her family and friends.
