Dorothy McCraine Munn, "Dot", 87, a resident of Zachary, LA, died on Sunday, April 2, 2017 at her home. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary from 9am until funeral services at 11:30am, conducted by Rev. Keith Cox. Burial will be in Louisiana National Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert J. Munn Sr.; three daughters, Debra Arndt and her husband Ray Sr. of Lockhart, TX; Cynthia Hopkins and her husband Larry of Ethel; Theresa Hopkins and her husband Pete of Zachary; two sons, Robert J. Munn Jr. and his wife Barbara of Loranger, LA; Terry Munn and his wife Cindy of Zachary; twelve grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Murdock and Zelma McCraine; her sister Jacqueline Heabler and; grandson Matthew Clark Munn. Pallbearers will be Ray Arndt Jr, Andrew Arndt, Jason Hopkins, Wesley Hopkins, Brian Hopkins, Luke Hopkins, and Jerod Munn. Honorary pallbearer will be Leon McGraw. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Eastside Baptist Church or Amedisys Hospice.
