Obituary for Sylvia Whisenant Moore
Moore, Sylvia Whisenant 77, of Louisburg, NC, formerly of Louisiana died December 29, 2016 at Duke Raleigh Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Julius Coates Whisenant and Modell Miller Whisenant. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Walker Moore and a son, William Keith Moore.
A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2017 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at The Rock Church, 20810 Plank Road, Zachary, LA 70791.
Visitation will continue on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 at The Rock Church, from 9:00am until service time at 10:00 am.
Burial will be follow in Azalea Rest Cemetery in Zachary, LA.
Mrs. Moore is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Kathy and Bill Harrison of Louisburg, NC and Karen and Stanley Redmond of Slaughter, LA; grandsons, Andrew Moore and Mark Redmond.
