A resident of Zachary, LA she passed from this life on September 8, 2016.

Visiting will be at Charlet Funeral Home, Inc. in Zachary on Saturday, September 10, 2016 from 9am until service at 11am conducted by Dr. Wayne Barnes. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, Baker.

Prior to her illness Eva enjoyed bowling, yard work, listening to country music and cooking for her family. She spent countless hours doing what she loved the most, being a caregiver. She will be missed by all of the lives she touched through her generous love and nurturing care.

She is survived by 3 daughters, Lorraine McCann and husband, Glenn, Zachary; Patricia Jackson, Baton Rouge, and Rosalyn Hunt and husband, Donald, Zachary

Siblings,Hilda Lee; Delmas Watts and wife Tina; Jewel Dunn;Vennie Watts; Marguerite Brown and husband A.P. ; Lorita Spedale and husband Ralph; Juanita Lambert and husband Lionel

6 grandchildren, Donald Hunt III and wife, Jessicca; Landon Hunt and wife, Amanda; Melissa McCann, Ingrid Hunt, Trey McCann and Lauren Agosta and husband, Adam.

8 great grandchildren, Blaize Smith, Isabelle Hunt, Grey Hunt, Isla Hunt, Jackson Hunt, Harper Hunt, Austin Croft, Ethan Croft and Alexander Agosta.

She is preceded in death by husband, Homer Jackson, daughter, Yvonne E. Jackson, parents, Alton and Elva Watts, and siblings Dennie, A.J. Watts .

Pallbearers will be Glenn McCann, Jr., Donald Hunt, III; Trey McCann, Donald Hunt, Jr., Landon Hunt, Adam Agosta and Blaize Smith

The family would like to thank and commend Lane Nursing Home for the love and wonderful care they gave to Ms. Eva. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Lane Nursing Home.​
