Obituary for Dell Simpson Gore
Ollie Dell Simpson Gore, a resident of Watson and a native of Gillsburg, MS, died Tuesday, August 16, 2016. She was 80 years old. Visiting will be at Bluff Creek Baptist Church on Saturday, August 20, 2016 from 9am until service at 11am. Graveside service will be at 2pm at Osyka Cemetery in Osyka, MS. She is survived by her children, Allen McNabb and wife, Janice; Tommy McNabb and wife, Janice, and Judy Narde and husband, Vince; her siblings, Burnell Simpson, Geneva Varnado, Bertie Hughes, and Bobby Simpson and wife, Betty; 8 grandchildren, Allison (Ben) Cutrer, Jason Narde, Brandon Narde, Michael Narde, Amanda (David) Leto, Jamie McNabb, Emily McNabb, and Jennifer Narde; 6 great grandchildren, Hayden Cutrer, Brantley Leto, Hudson Cutrer, Brady Leto, Wrenly Leto, and Harrison Cutrer. She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Gore, and 4 siblings, Earl, Jewell and Reba Simpson and Mary Alice Blackwell. Dell was a seamstress and had also worked as a bookkeeper at Western Auto in Kentwood. Memorial donations may be made to Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center.
