Obituary for Timothy Jay Kleinpeter

Timothy Jay Kleinpeter, 58, a resident of Zachary, LA, died on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at his home. He was employed as a mason for over 40 years, and owned his own business, Tim’s Masonry for 14 years. Visitation will be at Bethany World Prayer Center in Baker on Friday, February 12, 2016 from 10am until funeral services at 1pm. Burial will be at Azalea Rest Cemetery in Zachary. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Jennifer Mizell Kleinpeter; four daughters: Laura Roberts and her husband Kylan Roberts of New Iberia, LA; Deborah Kleinpeter and Deonna Kleinpeter of Zachary; and step-daughter Samantha Samson and her husband Jesse Samson of Galvez, LA; two sons: Daniel Kleinpeter of Zachary; step-son Logan Edwards of Central; two brothers: Donald Kleinpeter and his wife Patty Kleinpeter of Walker, LA; Richard Kleinpeter and his wife Eileen Kleinpeter of Amite, LA; five grandchildren: Emily Jones, Londyn Roberts, Mason Roberts, Nordy Samson, and Jolene Samson. He was preceded in death by his parents Wilma Thibodeaux Kleinpeter and Elliott Kleinpeter. Pallbearers will be Logan Edwards, Richard Kleinpeter, Kylan Roberts, Donald Kleinpeter, Lloyd Kleinpeter, and Jesse Samson. He enjoyed fishing, canvas painting, mission trips, hospital ministry and LSU football. Tim loved God, his family, and was a stranger to no one. He showed his faith through his love and compassion for people.
